Believing that pregnancy and birth are natural processes that women's bodies are created to experience, I have come to see the need in the Sierra Vista, AZ area for a more natural approach to childbirth education.  Please browse the site to learn more.  If you are interested in natural birth please contact me for more information or to sign up for a class.

5-week Class Series:

DATE AND LOCATION:  We will begin meeting Wednesday September 10th from 6:30-9:00pm at Thunder Mountain Community Church.  Classes will meet every Wednesday through October 8th.  Please email me to reserve a spot or for more information!

COST: $40

WHAT TO BRING:

• Please wear something cozy as we will be getting on the floor and practicing comfort measures. 
• Bring a pillow for you and your support person!  You can even bring a little blanket if you want to be super comfortable
• Feel free to bring food and drinks!
